From the Team That Brought Us Maison Close SoHo…

Talya
The team behind Maison Close SoHo is bringing its culinary expertise and its lively dining experience out East with the grand opening of Maison Close Montauk and Talya. Both restaurants will formally open this weekend, Memorial Day Weekend. Although created by the same team and under direction by Executive Chef Geoffrey Lechantoux, Maison Close Montauk and Talya will have two distinctive restaurant concepts.
Maison Close Montauk will build off of its flagship restaurant in SoHo with its amazing traditional French food and its one-of-a-kind dining experience as they incorporate the distinct and lively dining culture of France. However, this time the setting will be beachside.
Talya’s concept differs from Maison Close’s whimsical French aesthetic as it leans into a Greek coastal atmosphere. The interior will be designed with forest greens, floral patterns, and hanging lanterns to bring a Mediterranean vibe to Montauk. Located at Ruschmeyers, Talya will offer both a full dining room and lounge experience.
